If you are not satisfied with your iPodzens.com purchase of a product, please submit a request for Return here:
SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR RETURN
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) request must be received within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is Dead on Arrival (see the section below for more detailed information on such Dead on Arrival products). If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, iPodzens.com will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the iPodzens.com warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging, or similar including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

iPodzens.com will assess a 20% restocking fee on any item(s) that are not defective and returned within 14 days of the date you receive the item(s).

If you fail to ship back the accessories that were originally included in your order of a refurbished iPod/iPhone, you will be billed $9.99 per missing accessory.

If you remove the packaging from your device and return it, you are subject to a charge if we receive the product back with scratches on it.
Please note that iPodzens.com does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

Product that is custom configured to your specifications

Opened software (Note that you may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer. However, if your software includes a license that you can read before you break the seal or sticker on the software media packaging, you may not return the software once you break the software media packaging seal or sticker.)

Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product: System Failure Out of the Box
An iPodzens.com product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please submit a request for Return using our Support Suite here:

iPodzens.com will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options:

Replacement: iPodzens.com, at its expense, will ship another of the same product. iPodzens.com Support will put you in touch with an iPodzens.com Support Representative who will arrange for replacement and the DOA product’s return.

Service: You may have the product repaired or replaced. However, once you choose that option, you may not request replacement of the product nor a refund.
If iPodzens.com Technical Support determines that a returned product is not DOA, iPodzens.com will apply iPodzens.com standard product warranty to the product. Further, if iPodzens.com determines that you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition, the damages are user-related, and/or that the product is not DOA, iPodzens.com may impose a $29 handling fee. Warranty stickers are on all units, and if any units are found to be opened or tampered with, any and all warranty will be voided.

Thank you for choosing iPodzens.com to repair your product. Attached are your UPS
Shipping Label and an iPodzens.com Order Tracking Form for you to print out. Please
place the iPodzens.com Order Tracking Form inside a box no smaller than 6” x 6”
x 2” and no larger than 6” x 6” x 6” (UPS Store Standard Size) along with your device
to be repaired. If you are providing your own packaging, make sure that your device
is properly packaged inside the box and the UPS Shipping Label is properly affixed
to the outside of the box iPodzens.com is not responsible for freight damage, so
please package accordingly.
If you do not have your own packaging, we encourage you to use the packaging supplied
by your local UPS store. Take your UPS Shipping Label, iPodzens.com Order Tracking
Form and your iPod/iPhone to your local UPS store where they will package your device
and attach your waybill to the package (although you will not be charged for the
inbound freight, a small charge may apply for the packaging). Again, please remember
to put the Order Tracking Form inside the box.
Once we receive your package, we will supply you with our estimate of the repair
within 24 hours via email. The labor for all iPods will always be only $19.95 and
$29.95 for all iPhones plus the cost of the part we will need to install.
